Crystal Heart Radio ("the Platform", "we", "us") is operated by Crystal Heart Visions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our platform provides live psychic broadcasting, spiritual audio streaming, private readings, workshops, AI-assisted tools, and community features.

By accessing or using Crystal Heart Radio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All psychic readings, mediumship, tarot, astrology, intuitive guidance, and any spiritual content provided on this platform — whether by a host, reader, AI tool, or community member — is provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, or any other form of expert advice. Participants and listeners must not rely on any information received for important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

Crystal Heart Visions Ltd, its employees, hosts, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, losses, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from use of the platform.

4. Listener Terms

4.1 General Use

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You must not post, share, or transmit any obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or illegal content in chat or community areas.

4.2 Consent to Broadcast

Live shows may be recorded. By calling in or appearing on air, you understand and consent that your call may be recorded, screened, and broadcast live or delayed.

4.3 No Recording by Listeners

You may not record any live show, private session, or any content on this platform without the prior written consent of Crystal Heart Visions Ltd.

4.4 Distress & Safeguarding

5. Crystal Tokens & Payments

5.1 Crystal Tokens

Crystal Tokens are a virtual currency used within the platform for AI tools, tips, and selected features. Token bundles are non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value.

Current pricing: 10 tokens (£2.50) · 20 tokens (£5.00) · 50 tokens (£12.50) · 100 tokens (£25.00)

5.2 Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5.3 Workshops & Private Readings

Workshop refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Private readings are billed per minute once the session begins — no refund once started. Stripe processing fees are deducted from gross earnings first, then the remaining amount is split 60% platform / 40% host at a fixed rate of £1.50 per minute.

5.4 Digital Products

All digital product purchases (card decks, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

6. AI Tools

All AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes only. AI tools use third-party providers including OpenAI. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information with AI tools.

7. Intellectual Property

Crystal Heart® is a registered trademark (UK Reg No: 98011089, Classes 016 + 045), also registered in the USA and Australia. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without written permission.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or causes harm to the platform community. Upon termination, unused tokens are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
